How we use your information.

This explains the information used when you request a quotation through Linken GO.

What you provide

The quotation form asks for your name, mobile number, delivery address or map location, a typed materials list or an attachment, and any extra details you choose to add. If you upload proof of payment, that attachment and the related order details are also stored.

How it is used

Linken uses these details to review your request, prepare your quotation, contact you, check payment, and arrange your order. The customer and staff portals use Firebase to store request information and uploaded files.

Your access code

Your access code opens your quotation and order details. Keep it private. Linken GO saves your latest request reference and access code on your device so you can return to it.

Your materials draft

When you continue from the materials page, your list is kept in this browser tab so Linken GO can fill it in for you. Drafts expire after 24 hours and are cleared after a successful request. The draft does not include your contact or delivery details.

Maps and external links

You can enter a complete delivery address without using the map. The optional map uses OpenStreetMap tiles. Using your current location asks for your device’s permission. Google Maps and Facebook links open separate services with their own privacy practices.
